Accurate Serve™ was founded in June 2009 by Beau Charlet. As of March 2012, we currently have two offices located in the West Central Florida region: Lakeland and Tampa. Accurate Serve™ has no geographical limitations in regards to service of process. Mr. Charlet is an Accredited Florida Process Server (AFPS) and an active member of the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS) and National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS). We have successfully served documents in almost all 50 States, as well as China, Germany, Puerto Rico and Canada. Florida Statutes will be enforced when sending documents to another State for service. Documents that require International service will adhere to the rules and regulations governed by the Hague Convention.

1. Recycle all possible items (water bottles, soda cans, cardboard, paper, etc.) and we only use 100% recycled paper for all business needs (eg Business Cards, paper products, etc.)
2. The owner of Accurate Serve™ drives an eco-friendly car which produces low emissions.
3. The office of Accurate Serve™ includes low-energy light bulbs and all items that require the use of electricity are shut off for the entire day (except fax machine and computer when needed).
4. Invoices will be emailed to save paper.
